Title XX Public Hearing

Marion County Job & Family Services (MCJFS) will conduct a Title XX Public Hearing in preparation of the Title XX Comprehensive Social Service Plan (CSSP) for Marion County for FFY2026 and FFY2027. The hearing will be held at MCJFS, 363 West Fairground Street, Marion, OH 43302, on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 3 p.m.

The purpose of the local Title XX CSSP is to provide social services directed to enable Marion County residents to restore, maintain, or improve their capabilities for self-support, self-care, independent living and for strengthening family life. The five national goals include: 1. Economic self-support; 2. Self-sufficiency; 3. Prevention or remedy of neglect, abuse, and exploitation; 4. Prevent inappropriate institutional care; 5. Securing referral or admission for institutional care.
