CALL CENTER CLOSED TUESDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2024

The call center will be closed on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, for an in-service.

You may also access certain case information and apply for benefits online at www.benefits.ohio.gov     

 

Call Center Days/Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday – 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Thursday – 8 a.m. to Noon

Friday – 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

*Closed for In-Service Days during 2024 – Jan. 11, Jan. 30, Feb. 8, Feb. 27, Mar. 14, Mar. 26, Apr. 11, Apr. 30, May 9, May 28, June 13, June 25, July 11, July 30, Aug. 8, Aug. 27, Sep. 12, Sep. 24, Oct. 10, Oct. 29, Nov. 14, Nov. 26, Dec. 12, Dec. 31; and Holidays. 

We will still accept applications and will process them as soon as possible, however, there could be a delay during these times.  Our document drop box will remain available 24/7.  In addition, items may be emailed to   MarionCounty@jfs.ohio.gov or faxed to 740-387-2175.
