Agency Closure

Marion County Job & Family Services, Child Support, and OhioMeansJobs-Marion County will be closed on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, due to a scheduled power outage for electrical repairs.

Documents for all programs may be placed in the agency drop box, which is located within the vestibule of the main entrance at 363 West Fairground Street. There is also a separate drop box for overpayments. These are available 24/7.

Documents for programs can be emailed to MarionCounty@JFS.Ohio.gov or faxed to 740-387-2175.

For Public Assistance related programs please visit Benefits.Ohio.gov in order to apply, renew, or make changes for cash, food or medical assistance. You can also call 1-844-640-6446 to apply, renew or make changes for cash, food or medical assistance.

For Child Support related information, go to MCJFS.com/Child-Support/ for the link to the Ohio Child Support Customer Service Web Portal, in order to access report changes and view/print case and payment information.

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992.
