Because of recent changes in federal rules, the eligibility guidelines for people enrolled in Group VIII Medicaid (also called MAGI Adult or Ribicoff coverage) will be updated. Under the new rules, some individuals ages 19 to 64 who are not exempt will need to show they are participating in work or community activities for at least 80 hours each month in order to keep their coverage.
