Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) recipients who experienced food spoilage during the recent power outages may be eligible for replacement benefits.
If you’re a SNAP recipient and your lost food during the recent weather-related power outages, you may be eligible for replacement benefits but you must fill out this form and submit it to your local county JFS office within 10 DAYS of the incident. It is form JFS 07222 Statement Requesting Replacement of SNAP Benefits.
