However, for Public Assistance related programs the Call Center will be open on Friday from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. – just call 1-844-640-6446 to apply, renew or make changes for cash, food or medical assistance.  In addition, by visiting Benefits.Ohio.gov you may apply, renew, or make changes for cash, food or medical assistance. 

Documents for all programs may be placed in the agency drop box, which is located within the vestibule of the main entrance at 363 West Fairground Street. There is also a separate drop box for overpayments. These are available 24/7.  Documents for programs may also be emailed to MarionCounty@JFS.Ohio.gov or faxed to 740-387-2175.
