Ohio Benefits System Unavailable Thursday, April 22 At 3PM Until 8AM Tuesday, April 27, 2021

The Ohio Benefits system will be unavailable from 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 22, through 8 a.m. on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, so that a major technical upgrade can be completed. If you need to apply, recertify or renew your benefits for cash, food or Medicaid during this time, you can submit an application to your local County Job & Family Services (*see links below for accessing applications). County staff will not have access to data about your case while the system is offline. If you submit a paper application, it will be screened to see whether you qualify for expedited food assistance, but it will not be processed until after the system is back online. If you need food while the system is unavailable, please contact one of the following Marion County resources:

Love INC: Help Line 740-382-3340 (available Tuesday-Friday, 9AM-11:30AM, or leave a voice message);

Salvation Army: 740-382-2156

Additional food pantries: Area Food Pantries
