However, the Call Center (1-844-640-6446) for Public Assistance and Medicaid related benefits will remain open beginning at 8 a.m.

In addition, you may go online to https://benefits.ohio.gov/ in order to manage or apply for healthcare, child care, food and cash benefits. 

Call Center Days/Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday - 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Thursday - 8 a.m. to Noon

Friday - 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

*Closed for In-Service Days during 2021 - Jan. 26, Feb. 23, Mar. 30, Apr. 27, May 25, June 29, July 27, Aug. 31, Sep. 28, Oct. 26, Nov. 30, Dec. 28; and Holidays. 

We will still accept applications and will process them as soon as possible, however, there could be a delay during these times.  Our document drop box will remain available 24/7.  In addition, items may be emailed to MarionCounty@jfs.ohio.gov or faxed to 740-387-2175.
