Main Lobby Closed On Tuesday, December 20, 2022.

Marion County Job & Family Services' main lobby at 363 West Fairground Street will be closed on Tuesday, December 20th for facility repairs/maintenance. The lobby will reopen on Wednesday, December 21st.
However, during the time in which the lobby is closed, the vestibule at that entrance will remain open for accessing public assistance, medical, and other forms, as well as document and payment drop boxes.
In addition, we will continue to maintain other options for your access to benefit information, forms, and documents through the following:

Drop Off Documents
Documents for all programs can be placed in the agency drop box, which is located within the vestibule of the main entrance at 363 West Fairground Street. There is also a separate drop box for overpayments. These are available 24/7 and checked by staff daily: Document Drop Boxes
Paper Applications Available
The paper application for cash, food, and medical assistance (7200) as well as paper applications for the Prevention, Retention & Contingency (PRC) program and other programs are located within the vestibule of the main entrance at 363 West Fairground Street: Paper Applications & Forms

Documents for programs can be emailed to marioncounty@jfs.ohio.gov or faxed to 740-387-2175 and these sources will be checked by staff daily.

Visit benefits.ohio.gov to apply, renew or make changes for cash, food, or medical assistance. You can also call 1-844-860-6446 to apply, renew, or make changes for cash, food or medical assistance.
