The call center will be closed on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, for an in-service.

Call Center Days/Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday - 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Thursday - 8 a.m. to Noon

Friday - 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

*Closed for In-Service Days during 2022 - Jan. 25, Feb. 22, Mar. 29, Apr. 26, May 31, June 28, July 26, Aug. 30, Sep. 27, Oct. 25, Nov. 29, Dec. 27; and Holidays. 

We will still accept applications and will process them as soon as possible, however, there could be a delay during these times.  Our document drop box will remain available 24/7.  In addition, items may be emailed to   MarionCounty@jfs.ohio.gov or faxed to 740-387-2175.
