Call Center Closed On Friday, December 3, 2021.

The call center will be closed on Friday, December 3,  2021, due to planned statewide system improvements.


You may also access certain case information and apply for benefits online at     However, the online benefits self-service portal will not be available from 8PM Thursday, December 2, 2021, through 8AM Monday, December 6, 2021, due to planned statewide system improvements.


Call Center Days/Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday - 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Thursday - 8 a.m. to Noon

Friday - 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

*Closed for In-Service Days during 2021 - Jan. 26, Feb. 23, Mar. 30, (Apr. 23 & 26 - system updates), May 25, June 29, July 27, Aug. 31, Sep. 28, Oct. 26, Nov. 30, Dec. 28; and Holidays. 

We will still accept applications and will process them as soon as possible, however, there could be a delay during these times.  Our document drop box will remain available 24/7.  In addition, items may be emailed to or faxed to 740-387-2175.
