However, the Call Center (1-844-640-6446) for Public Assistance and Medicaid related benefits will remain open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, February 13.   

In addition, you may go online to https://benefits.ohio.gov/ in order to manage or apply for healthcare, child care, food and cash benefits. 

Call Center Days/Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday - 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Thursday - 8 a.m. to Noon

Friday - 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

*Closed for In-Service Days during 2020 - Jan. 28, Feb. 25, Mar. 31, Apr. 28, May 26, June 30, July 28, Aug. 25, Sep. 29, Oct. 27, Nov. 24, Dec. 29; and Holidays.
