Call Center Days/Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday - 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Thursday - 8 a.m. to Noon
Friday - 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
*Closed for In-Service Days during 2019 - Jan. 29, Feb. 26, Mar. 26, Apr. 30, May 28, Jun. 25, July 30, Aug. 27, Sep. 17, Sep. 24, Oct. 29, Nov. 26, Dec. 31; and Holidays.
We will still accept applications and will process them as soon as possible, however, there could be a delay during these times. Our document drop box will remain available 24/7 and will continue to be monitored.
