The call center will be closed on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, for an In-Service.

Call Center Days/Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday - 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Thursday - 8 a.m. to Noon

Friday - 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

*Closed for In-Service Days during 2021 - Jan. 26, Feb. 23, Mar. 30, (Apr. 23 & 26 - system updates), May 25, June 29, July 27, Aug. 31, Sep. 28, Oct. 26, Nov. 30, Dec. 28; and Holidays. 

We will still accept applications and will process them as soon as possible, however, there could be a delay during these times.  Our document drop box will remain available 24/7.  In addition, items may be emailed to   MarionCounty@jfs.ohio.gov or faxed to 740-387-2175.
